PLACING CUSTOM ORDERS:
If you would like to place a custom order for Flower Bouquets, Vase Arrangements, Hatboxes, or you'd like to inquire about Event/Wedding Flowers, you can do so by contacting us through the website, sending us an email or just simply giving us a call. We will be happy to bring you floral ideas to life!
SUBSTITUTION POLICY:
Our top priority is the satisfaction of our customers' floral needs. We go above and beyond to make sure our clients receive exactly the service they requested. However availability of certain flowers is subject to change due to the seasonal nature of flowers among other reasons. Therefore we reserve the right to make substitution as it may deem necessary. Nevertheless these substitutions may only be of the same or greater value.
The general style and the color scheme of the arrangement though will remain unaltered. If there's any blossoms that are of particular importance to you, please feel free to specify that information in special instructions at checkout.
CANCELATION POLICY:
Cancelations may be processed 24 hours prior to delivery service. We will be unable to cancel orders that are already en route or delivered. If canceled within 24 hours of delivery service requested, a refund of 50% of total sale will be issued.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
As flowers are a perishable product, all sales of perishable items are final.
Returns may only be accepted on the grounds of quality related issues. In the event of such we will gladly replace the item. Please note that only quality issues such as damaged during delivery considered reasonable grounds for a return and replacement.
As a purchaser of the product, the purchaser agrees that it's their responsibility to take proper care of the product after delivery. Such care includes watering and timely re-cutting the flower stems (for hand-tied and vase arrangements). For more detailed instructions see Care Instructions on Product information page.
All returns and replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery, otherwise it will be impossible for us to determine if the quality of the item was compromised prior to delivery, or was it a result of improper care.
