Delivery Policy
PICKUP AND DELIVERY IN GREATER BOSTON AREA:
Here at Viana Floral we’re trying to anticipate and accommodate any of your floral needs to the best of our abilities. Planning ahead is great and extremely helpful, but things outside of our control tend to happen sometimes. And when they do, we got you covered. That is why we offer Same Day Delivery and Pickup in the Greater Boston Area.
To make sure your order is ready for pickup and delivery arrives on time for the same day pickup/delivery service, we kindly ask you place your order by 10am. When an order is placed after the specified time, we will still do our best to provide the service requested. If for any reason we are unable to do so, we will be reaching out in a timely manner to consider other options.
Pickup/Delivery Service is Monday-Saturday from 9am-6:30pm and Sunday from 10am-5pm.
For all pickup and delivery services we offer Two time windows: Time Window 1 (before 2:00pm) and Time Window 2 (after 12:00pm). Please make sure to specify your chosen pickup/delivery time window at checkout.
If you would like your order to be delivered at more specific time, please reach out to us and we will try to accommodate your request.
Every order is personally hand-delivered by a member of our team. As a sender you are assuming the responsibility to make sure the recipient is available at the time of delivery to collect the products, as flowers are perishable and may be seriously damaged by certain weather conditions if left outside for a long period of time. If no one is available at the time of delivery, both sender and recipient will be notified of the details where the delivery was left or if the delivery should be rescheduled. In that case we will do our best to make sure the quality of the items is not compromised, but unfortunately we cannot provide any guarantees and we cannot be held responsible.
